1. Aims and Scope
Insight: Journal of Education is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality original research articles, review articles, and theoretical papers in the field of education.
The journal aims to advance knowledge and practice in education by disseminating rigorous and innovative studies that contribute to the understanding and improvement of teaching, learning, and educational development across all levels and contexts of education.

2. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Insight: Journal of Education undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of published articles.
Each manuscript is initially evaluated by the editorial team to determine its relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, compliance with the author guidelines, and overall academic quality. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.
In the double-blind review process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to maintain objectivity and fairness. Reviewers assess manuscripts based on originality, theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the field of education.
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions: accept, accept with minor revisions, revise and resubmit, or reject. The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
3. Publication Frequency
Insight: Journal of Education is published biannually in June and December.
4. Open Access Policy
Insight: Journal of Education provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
All articles published in this journal are freely available online without subscription or access charges. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles for lawful purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and the journal.
5. ⚖️ Publication Ethics
Insight: Journal of Education is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. This statement is based on the guidelines and best practices developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based solely on the academic merit of submitted manuscripts, including originality, significance, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope. Editors must ensure a fair and confidential review process and avoid conflicts of interest.
Reviewers assist editors in evaluating the quality and scholarly contribution of manuscripts. They are expected to conduct reviews objectively, maintain confidentiality, identify relevant published work, and disclose any conflicts of interest.
Authors must ensure that their submissions are original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration elsewhere. Authors are responsible for accurate reporting of research methods and findings, proper citation of sources, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and acknowledgment of all contributors.
Plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, and other forms of research misconduct are strictly prohibited. When ethical concerns are identified, the journal will take appropriate actions, including manuscript rejection, publication of corrections, or article retraction when necessary.
6. Screening for Plagiarism
All manuscripts submitted to Insight: Journal of Education are screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin before they are sent for peer review. Manuscripts containing substantial plagiarism or evidence of academic misconduct will be rejected immediately.

Authors who publish with Insight: Journal of Education retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original author and source are properly cited.
8. Archiving Policy
This journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content. In addition, all articles remain permanently available through the journal website.
9. Author Fees
Insight: Journal of Education charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 200,000 for accepted manuscripts to cover editorial and publishing costs, including peer review management, DOI registration, copyediting, and online publication. No submission fee is charged. Authors are required to pay the APC only after their manuscripts have been accepted for publication.
