strong theoretical grounding;

methodological rigor;

original empirical evidence;

significant educational implications;

Geographic and Contextual Scope
Insight welcomes research from Indonesia and other countries worldwide.
The journal encourages submissions that contribute perspectives from diverse educational, cultural, institutional, and geographical contexts.
Authors are encouraged to explain how findings from their specific context contribute to broader educational scholarship rather than presenting context-specific findings without wider implications.
Out of Scope
The journal generally does not prioritize manuscripts that:
-
merely describe educational activities without a clear research contribution;
-
lack an explicit research problem or scholarly gap;
-
provide only local program reports without broader implications;
-
rely primarily on opinion or unsupported claims;
-
present teaching materials without systematic research or theoretical contribution;

fall outside the field of education.
Manuscripts may be declined at the editorial screening stage when they do not demonstrate sufficient alignment with the journal's scope or scholarly objectives.
